Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering - MIT
Fikile Brushett is an Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he holds the Raymond A. (1921) and Helen E. St. Laurent Career Development Chair. His research group seeks to advance the science and engineering of electrochemical technologies needed for a sustainable energy economy. He is particularly interested in the fundamental processes that define the performance, cost, and lifetime of present day and next-generation electrochemical systems. He also serves as the Lead Grid Technologist for the Joint Center for Energy Storage Research (JCESR), a DOE-funded Energy Innovation Hub.
