These graduate student clubs are coordinating their efforts and resources to build upon the first two successful MIT Energy Conferences and to establish it as a marquee annual MIT event.  These two highly visible MIT Clubs leverage their complimentary core competencies to create the uniquely balanced, timely and rich conference content.

The conference lead organizers have a proven track record of developing new projects, identifying and matching talent, and successfully helping drive MIT-generated technology towards commercialization.  The MIT Energy Conference Co-Directors are recognized leaders within the MIT energy and innovation communities while coming from different academic study focuses.  Uniting the Co-Directors in a common vision is each individual’s deep passion to move the highly multidisciplinary energy innovation community at MIT and beyond forward. 

The MIT Energy Club and Sloan Energy and Environment Club are also grateful for the support of the MIT Energy Initiative, President Hockfield's office, and MIT faculty in running this conference.
